2. Intellectual Property. All artwork, designs, images, text, and other creative content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Ink & Splat and are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.
• Purchases grant the buyer (individuals or businesses) a license for personal or professional display only, unless otherwise stated in a signed, written agreement.
• Reproduction, redistribution, resale, gifting, or commercial use of the artwork in any form (including digital or print copies) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Uses Permitted Uses:
• Personal browsing, sharing links to this site, and lawful purchasing of artwork or services.
• Display of purchased artwork (prints or originals) in private homes, businesses, offices, or professional spaces, provided it is not reproduced, resold, or misrepresented.

Prohibited Uses:
• Copying, downloading, reproducing, distributing, or modifying any artwork without written permission.
• Claiming authorship of my work or misrepresenting it in any form.
• Using the site for illegal activities, spam, or unauthorized data scraping.
• Using this site or its content to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.

4. User-Generated Content. If this website permits comments, uploads, or other user submissions:
• Users agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Ink & Splat reserves the right to remove or moderate any content at its discretion.
• By submitting content, users grant Leipa Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or use such content for website functionality and promotion.

5. Sales and Commissions Original Artwork & Prints
• All purchases must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise stated.
• International shipping is available. Shipping costs, methods, and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and generally apply only to prints, not original artwork.
• Ink & Splat is not responsible for third-party shipping companies. Refunds or replacements are only considered if damage is reported within 14 days of delivery and documented appropriately.

Commissions
• Commissions require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and costs.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery.
• Revisions will be limited to one round unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delivery dates are approximate and subject to reasonable extensions.

Exhibitions & Collaborations
• Any agreements with galleries, curators, or collaborators will be governed by separate contracts detailing exclusivity, representation, insurance, and responsibilities.

6. Disclaimer of Liability. This website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. By using this site, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

Ink & Splat is not liable for:
• Any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
• Delays, shipping errors, or third-party services beyond my control.

7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in the State of North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8. Termination. Ink & Splat reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the integrity of the site or its users.

9. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Privacy Policy. Your use of this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how visitor data is collected, used, and protected.

11. Updates. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without notice. Continued use of this site following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
